I heard about it. I saw it to believe it. Patna is definitely not the city which can be called as a state capital. In fact, I now appreciate Bhubaneswar more than I ever did. Every minute spend here is a nightmare. You " have " to be here to experince it :-) Suva, Anu and Vikash T can also vouch for it.
